Instructions

Note: For onsite registration, we only accept CASH.

  • Fill-out the registration form. Please make sure all information are true and correct before submitting.

    Be sure to upload your 2×2 photo or take photo.

    After submission, a copy of your response will be sent to your email address.

  • Kindly present your registration info at the cashier and pay in CASH.

    Registration Fee: P3,500.00

  • Once we confirm your payment, we will print immediately your ID.

Please avoid multiple submissions.
